Hi everyone. Today is the last post of the semester. And I have to talk about my experience with English courses. First of all I took this course because I've needed some credits to take Practica III, but also because I always like english, I think that isn’t very difficult to me, also I was interested on improving my English, can be able to speak fluid and to communicate with others in English. I think that to know english is a plus for everyone. The aspects of my English that I think that needs to be improved are talking to other people, because its difficult to me to make a conversation or to speak fluid because I want to say something but the words in English doesn't come to my mind quicky. Also I get a bit nervous when I speak in English, because in the momment I think that is wrong what I'm saying or that people don't undertand me. Hi bloggers. How are you today? This post is about a topic that is very wide, this is personal opinions. And I want to share my opinion about the time we loose looking at our cellphones. Nowadays we see almost everyone using their cellphones in the streets, in the subway, in the bus, everywhere you can imagine. So many times I have seen couples on a restorant that one of them, or both, were looking at their cellphones and not talking to each other at all. It is very sad to see this because if I decide to go out with my boyfriend is for spend time with him and talk. We spend so many time on our smartphones that we didn't realized all the moment we are loosing. According to an investigation we spend 5 hours of a day looking on our cellphons, this is too much! In that time you can do things that are more productive. I include myself on this, as many people, I use my cellphone almost in everything, I don't deny that cellphones are very useful, but I think that I don't depend on

Hi everyone. How are you? Today's post is about a really important global issue that affects all of us equal, environmental conflicts. Nowadays the people are more interested and worried about take care of the planet earth, but it is not enough with that. We have to make changes in our lifestyle right now or it will be too late to save the planet. First of all we have to stop using plastic of single use for everything, we use it once and then it goes to the trash and it will finally arrive in the ocean. There are islands of garbage in the oceans because of our fault. It is task of us to fix this problem and to start to become aware that the nature and the resources doesn’t last forever. Hi everyone. How are you been these days? Today we have to write about post graduate studies, a tedious topic for me. Personally I'm not very interested in this theme and I don't know much about it. I think that after 5 or more years studying I won't be very crazy about more of it. It isn't just a matter of not continuing studying, as well is the matter of money, because I'm not studying for free rigth now and the education in this country is very expensive. Maybe in the future when I have a job and I have the need or the interest of doing a master degree I would do it. Another reason that I'm not considering to do a Master after I finish my career is because as soon as I graduate I would like to become independent and to do that I need a job, I could not afford to pay for a Master, and also I will not have the time for that. Hi everyone. Today's topic is about my future job. I really don't think much about it . I don't know yet in wich job I want to work in the future. But some times I think that I would like to work in a vineyard, or maybe have my own undertaking related to the agriculture. What I like the most of the second choice is to be my own boss and to be able to take my own decisions without asking anybody. Also I like the second choice because I would have more time to do others things I like such as handcraft. Perhaps I could do both of these thing, first to work in a vineyard and then have my undertaking. About of taking a major after I graduate, I'm not interested right now but I don't reject the possiblity, if the opportunity comes, of course I will take it. Hi everyone. Today's topic is about videogames. I like videogames, but I think that today I'm not very related to it. When I was a child, the firsts videogames that I play was in the computer. Some of it were on Cd, and others we have to downloaded it. One of my favourite was Sonic, Mario Bros, and others that I don't remember the names. Later with my brother we ask as a gift the PlayStation 1. Is a game consol  that it connects to the tv and you buy the games as a cd. We spend much time playing with it. One of my favorite game was Crash Bandicot. I also played with the Gameboy. Is a small consol  that you can carrie everywhere. I'd like it because in the long travels, to don't get bored, I played with it. Today I don't play videogames almost never. I'm not interested and I like to do other thing with my free time. Hi today I'm going to talk about a topic that I really like, that is movies. I love to see good movies, but sometimes is dificult to find one really good. I like different kinds of movies, I like drama, animated (not only for kids, but some of those are really good), hystorical, action, comedy, stop motion. I think I don't have a favourite actor/actress and neither a favourite director. But I really like how Natalie Portman acts. I think one of my favourite movies is Inglourious Basterds, I like it a lot because of the trama that has, is very interesting, it is about the Nazi Germany. I also really like the films of Hayao Miyazaki, a Japanese director. I have seen a few but the world that he creates is fascinating. One film that I can always see and I never get bored of watching it is Harry Potter, I'm a fan of it. And finally one movie that is quite recent and I like it very much is Your Name, the animation is great, the landscapes are beautiful, and the trama is amazing.

Hi everyone, today post is about traveling, a thing that I love to do. I have traveled to different places, in Chile, to the south and to the north and also to other countries; Bolivia, Perú and Brasil. If I had the chance of traveling everywhere I want, I will go to Paris, France. Since I was little I want to go there, I love the lenguage, the culture, the music, the arquitecture, also I will like to visit some smalls towns away from the city, I think is a beautiful place to visit. Other country that I like to go is Italy, I will like to eat pizza and pasta, to know the culture, the laguage, the arquitecture, to visit Roma, Venice, Florence. Also if I had the chance to live there, I will love to do it, after I finish my career, I would live in Italy and I would like to travel to all the countries in Europe.

Hi everyone, how are you? Today is the last post and this blog has come to an end, so I am going to talk about my experience with the blog. I like to do post in the blog, but in this week were many post and a short time to make them, besides there is a lot to study for other courses and make one post takes a lot of time to do it well, so I didn't like to do all this post in such a short time. Without counting that, it was a good experience to me, I think it helped me to improve my english and I like the idea of having a blog and to express myself through this , also I like to be able to share with you my opinion on some topic and also share thing about me. I think it was missing an instance to be able to correct the mistakes of the post and do it better the next time and each time progressing more and more. I also like to read the blogs of my classmate and be able to know different opinions and visions of the same subject.  Regards.

Hi, today I'm going to talk about the subject that I like the most this semester. In this term I have had 5 courses, they are: Edaphology, Economy of the agricultural enterprise, Agroclimate and 2 general training courses; English 3 and Emotion and learning. I really don't have a favourite course this semester, but the course Agroclimate I think is very interesting and also very important for my training. In these course we see subject as precipitation, frost, the different types of climates and much more. It is a difficult course, and I haven't had very good grades in it, but I think I like the subjects and in classes I really understand. I like how one of the teacher teaches, wich encourages to think and to see beyond what they are asking you. This semester I'm doing a course for the second time: Edaphology, and I feel that I have learned a lot and it has also gone as expected with my grades. To the end of the semester I hope to pass all my courses.

Hi, today I am going to talk about a website career-related. The truth is that I don't have a favourite website career- related, but I use some website when I have to do paperworks for the different courses. One of the website is https://scielo.conicyt.cl/. Is a scientific library and it has a wide variety of scientific journals and articles of many countries.  This website has helped me a lot when I need to look for reliable information to do paperworks and it's very easy to use. I like it because I always find the information that I need. I also use other website to look for documents and books, it is https://scholar.google.cl/, I use both of these websites, because in one I don't find the same information as in the other one, so they complement each other. One website that I use a lot and I like it very much is Instagram, https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es-la, here you can post photos and videos, and here I follow different agricultur sites, and others sites.

Today topic we can choose it, so I'm going to talk about my hobby, that is knitting. This year I started knitting, my grandmother taught me and I really like it. First I learn to crochet, and I knited a couple of things like a hat for a baby, granny squares (squares of different colors that can be joined to form something bigger), a scarf and a basket. I also learned how to weave chopsticks, but I didn't like it very much, I think it is more difficult and I prefer to crochet. I like to knit because you can do every kind f thing like a case, clothes, a bag, mandalas, a carpet, everything you want and there is a great  variety of wools, yarns and materials to use. The bad thing is that I don't have much time to do things because I have to study to pass my courses, wich demands a lot of time, but when I have time I will go back to knitting. I'm also recently knowing the embroidery and I think is beautiful, but I haven't had time to learn more about it.

When I was in the final years of school I didn't know what to study, nothing really caught my attention, but I always knew that I was interested to the scientific area. So when I had to apply to the careers I wanted, I first applied to Bachillerato in Universidad de Chile, and also I applied to Food Engineering. I get in Food Engineering, where I studied for 1,5 years, but I didn't like it, so I abandoned the career and I got into Agricultur Engineering. I choose this career because I realized that I like the natural things, I realized that I wanted to go back to the beggining of things, to the origin of the food and not to the ultraprocessed foods, and that's where the agricultur enters.

Today's post is about climate change. This topic is very important because it affects to all of us in the same way. The global warming that is happening today it is caused by the action of the human being, that is not conscious of the damage that is doing to the Earth, and is acting as if all the resources were infinity. As all we know climatic changes have occurred throughout the existence of the Earth but in long periods of time, instead the climate change that is happening right now has happened in a short period of time and that isn't normal. I think that all the countries should take action on the matter, first starting by reducing the greenhouse effect gases emissions and also make people aware of the importance of this. If we don't take care of the destruction we have done to the planet Earth, everithing we know and all life on the planet will disappear in a while.

The truth is that I don't have a favourite photo, but I will show you a few photographs that I like and that remind me good moments. This is one of the photograph that I like very much, the girl in the photo it's me when I was little, my father took this photograph, and I think is a beatiful photo, with the colors and the lotus behind. This photograph is from one summer that with my friends Belén and Kaki went to my father's house in Temuco and after that we went to Caburgua to the cabins of the mother of our friend Chanto. It was a very nice vacations, in the photo we are in a natural pool near the cabins, the water was very cold but we bath no matter that. In the back its Chanto, to the left its Kaki and to the right its me. Belén took the photo.

Today's topic its about immigrants. Nowadays its a very important and controversial topic in our country due to the large number of immigrants who have arrived in such a short time and also the people who live in Chile aren't used to this. In my personal opinion I think they are looking for better opportunities and why not give it to them? also I think that there are many chilean people that are living in other countries and why we can't accept other people too? In my job I work with two venezuelans and they do really great they work, they attend the client whith all disposition and a smile, thing that not all the chilean people do. I dont agree with putting barrers for the immigrants, they contribute to the culture and to jobs that chileans don't want to do anymore.

I think that in my daily life I'm very dependent of my smartphone, because nowadays is the most important way of communication. I do most kind of things with it, I can check my emails, I can communicate with my friends and groups of work. Also I can look for information, but to do a paper work I need to use a computer. In my free time I enter on facebook, instagram and youtube but only for a moment. Also I can listen to music in my way home or to the university. Another thing that is very important of my smartphone is to take pictures, I think a good phone to me, must have a good camera. The smartphone is very important to me because it cover a big amount of functions, and you can take it wherever you want.

My name is Paloma, I am 22 years old, I was born in Santiago of Chile. I studied at Colegio Altamira my entire high school, when I finish high school in 2013. I didn't know what to study, so I apply for Bachillerato in Universidad de Chile but my score in PSU wasn`t enogh, so I entered to Food Engineering in Universidad the Chile. I studied for 1 year and a half, but I didn't like it, so I give up. In 2016 I entered to Agricultur Engeneering in Universidad de Chile and today I'm in third year and I like it. When I have free time I like to go to visit my father in Temuco, he moved there at 3 years, so I go there some weekends. Also I like to hang out with friends and to be with my boyfriend "kaki". I love to travel and to visit diferent places, all the years I work to make money to travel to somewhere. Now I'm starting to learn to crochet and I like it very much.
